This family session was the perfect way to end my 2021 fall / winter family series throughout NY & NJ. I was so thrilled meeting so many new families, and this was no exception. The session took place at sunset in December 2021 in Liberty Park in New Jersey. The path was wild with foliage and berries on their last hold before the cold of winter began. The M family enjoyed the wildness of the landscape while sharing cuddles and laughs as I photographed them in both posed and candid moments. My favorite moment from the session was when mother and son observed a berry bush and explored the area together on an unexpected and brief journey of discovery.
