Theresa and Michael’s fall engagement session in Old City Philly was such fun. There were beautiful fall leaves everywhere and the sun was setting behind them as they strolled through the historic cobblestone blocks in the city with their beloved pup in tow. Theresa and Michael have known each other since they were very little, only falling in love years later when they reconnected as adults and realized they’d known each other as children.  Through out the session it was so great seeing these two laugh together and enjoy this time as an engaged couple, sweetly adoring each other and sharing that love with their sweet puppy who seems to be as thrilled for them as anyone. Having a pup at the engagement session was so cute.

Philadelphia offers so many fantastic spots for engagement sessions and the historic area in Old City Philly is no exception.  I have photographed some of my favorite engagement sessions here. From the stone paths, to the hundred plus year old buildings and the gorgeous sunsets- its a perfect location for couple’s to celebrate their engagement with a photo session.

Their Story

One of my favorite things about their love story is that they have known each other since they were very little and kind of reconnected as adults.  It’s so interesting how two people can have met many years ago, bump in to each other later on and find that they are soul mates. I love stories like that.

Theresa and Michael will be wed in the summer at The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster PA, and I can’t wait to celebrate them and capture their big day.
