Dimitri reached out about his plans to propose to his girlfriend at Longwood Gardens in the spring.
He wanted to make sure everything was beautiful and definitely a surprise for Jessica his girlfriend.
I was so touched by how thoughtful he was, going so far as to visiting different locations at the gardens to find the best place to propose.
The day of, everything went wonderfully.  They got to the spot he liked all to themselves, and as I casually hid in plain site, he got on one knee and I stepped in to capture the moments for them. Jessica looked beautiful in one of her favorite colors, a light lavender, in a mini dress with bell sleeves. I was able to find a path alongside the Italian fountains where Dimitri proposed, full of lavender flowers that complimented Jessica’s dress and allowed for some more quiet and intimate moments for the two of them as they took it all in. Throughout the day several passerby’s couldn’t help but congratulate the two on their engagement, which was so cute.
Dimitri also surprised Jess with both of their families who were waiting for them at a secondary location. Then they ended the evening with a celebratory dinner at the gardens.
It was such pleasure capturing this sweet day for these two!
